Legal Fees
Legal fees can be intimidating. We want to make your decision to work with us easier by being upfront about our legal fees. Wherever possible we will bill as a flat rate. This means if you need to email or call us for any reason you will not be billed per communication.
We accept Cheque and E-Transfers at this time and hope to add credit card and Interac service soon.

The fees listed below are for the legal services only and do not contain GST or disbursements (costs such as government registration fees, land titles searches and other third-party fees).

PROBATE
Uncontested Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration
$1,800.00 + a percentage of the value of the estate. The percentage varies depending upon the complexity of the estate (particularly the number of beneficiaries), but is usually between 0.5-1.0%.
